Social Impact Coaching

Janali & Co. Founder and Principal, Sarah Janali, facilitates Social Impact Coaching for groups and individuals.

Our coaching model draws on an international evidence base in 'community coaching' as well as Sarah's two decades of experience building community and facilitating social change in the Australian context.

How it works

  1. We work together with clients to identify focus areas for building capacity e.g. evaluation and measurement, engaging with harder-to-reach groups, place based approaches.

  2. We develop a plan for the coaching partnership that steps out how we will work together build capacity.

  3. We develop a schedule of touchpoints for coaching. These are tailored to meet client needs.

  4. In between coaching sessions, we provide support via email. This often involves reviewing documents like grant applications, project plans, and engagement strategies and providing useful feedback.

Email us at info@janaliconsulting.com.au for more information on coaching packages including details on pricing and concessions for non-profit organisations.
