    Evaluation of a federally funded initiative supporting CaLD women at risk of family and domestic violence, using mixed‑methods and culturally safe approaches.

  • Community Development Evaluation Framework (City of Wanneroo)

    Supported the development an Evaluation Framework to assist with the measurement of community development outcomes, including 21 service level theories of change and logic models and outcome indicators, to measure impact and guide future planning.

  • Fremantle Mental Health Outreach (City of Fremantle)

    Independent evaluation reviewing delivery and outcomes, with recommendations for service improvement.

  • Neighbourhood Watch Review (City of Melville)

    Assessed program relevance and effectiveness, providing practical recommendations for future engagement and safety strategies.

  • Evaluation Framework (Young Australia League)

    Designed a youth‑friendly evaluation framework and plan to measure outcomes and outputs for a national scholarship initiative.

  • Homelessness Strategy Evaluation (City of Mandurah)

    Evaluated the City’s homelessness strategy to inform the development of a new action plan

  • Design & Facilitation: Evaluation Framework Training (Local Government Professionals WA)

    Co‑designed and deliver a sector training program (2‑day course + masterclasses) that equips local government officers to measure community development outcomes—covering program logic, indicators, data collection, analysis and reporting.
